KeanuFounder, Herbal Fuel
The Origin Story
He built it at 21. Then he tore it down.
Keanu grew up inside the herbal beverage business. For five years he helped his dad turn a family recipe brand into a company serving thousands of customers.
At 21, he launched the first Herbal Fuel in glass bottles. It made it onto store shelves. People loved it. But he knew it could be better: cleaner, lighter, and built for how people actually live now.
So instead of scaling the old version, he started over.
“I didn't want to sell another can full of sweeteners and promises. I wanted the energy drink I'd actually hand to my own family.”
— Keanu, Founder of Herbal Fuel
6 months and 16 formula rounds later, Herbal Fuel was rebuilt from scratch. Guarana. Lion's mane. Zero sucralose. Zero shortcuts.
2023: Version 1Glass bottle. Where it started.
2026: Batch 001Rebuilt. Cleaner. Sparkling.

Get the rebuilt can-
Organic Guarana
Steady, natural energy*
A rainforest seed whose caffeine is naturally bound to tannins, so it releases gradually instead of hitting all at once.
Why this dose
Standardized to 22%, our guarana delivers about 102mg of naturally occurring caffeine. That's enough to feel, without the spike-and-crash of synthetic caffeine.
-
L-Theanine
Calm, clear focus*
An amino acid found in tea leaves. Paired with caffeine, it supports alert, focused energy without the jitters.
Why this dose
Matched 1:1 with the caffeine from guarana. That ratio is the combination most studied for focus and attention.
-
Lion's Mane
Sharper thinking*
A functional mushroom traditionally used to support memory, clarity, and mental performance.
Why this dose
A full 1,000mg, disclosed on the can. Most drinks hide lion's mane inside a blend so you can't tell how much you're getting.
-
Panax Ginseng
Physical and mental stamina*
An adaptogenic root used for centuries to support stamina and help the body handle stress.
Why this dose
200mg brings ginseng's stamina support into every can, so your energy carries from the gym to the desk.
Also inside:
Cordyceps 1,000mg, Vitamins B6 and B12, and real hibiscus.

What is Batch 001?
Batch 001 is our founding production run: 5,000 cans, and that's it. Once they're gone, the next batch opens for pre-order. Founding buyers lock in first-access pricing and perks that won't come back.
How much caffeine is in a can?
152 mg of naturally occurring caffeine from organic guarana. Because guarana's caffeine is bound to tannins, it releases more gradually than the synthetic caffeine in most energy drinks.
What does Hibiscus Punch taste like?
Bright, floral hibiscus with a citrus finish. Lightly sparkling, crisp, and not syrupy.
How is it sweetened?
With monk fruit. Zero sucralose, zero aspartame, and just 1g of sugar per can.
What makes it different from other energy drinks?
Every active ingredient is fully dosed and printed on the can: no proprietary blends. You get organic guarana, L-theanine, 1,000mg of lion's mane, and Panax ginseng, with a third-party Certificate of Analysis for every batch.
When should I drink it?
Whenever you need to lock in: before a workout, a long work block, or an afternoon that needs a second wind. Each can has about 150mg of caffeine, so we recommend no more than 2 cans per day, and not within 6 hours of bedtime if caffeine affects your sleep.
Is it safe for everyone?
Herbal Fuel contains caffeine and isn't recommended for children, people who are pregnant or nursing, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.
Is it third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab, and the Certificate of Analysis is available on request at support@drinkherbalfuel.com.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Herbal Fuel is vegan and has 10 calories per can.
When will my order ship?
Batch 001 is a pre-order and ships by January 31, 2027. Founder orders ship first. You'll get a confirmation email right away, updates as production moves along, and tracking as soon as your order ships. If we can't ship by January 31, 2027, you can choose a full refund.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses in the contiguous United States.
