1. Sponsor
The Herbal Fuel Batch 001 Golden Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Herbal Fuel LLC, 145 N Park Ave, Rockville Centre, NY 11570 (“Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period
The anticipated opening date is November 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time, subject to final approval of the Giveaway mechanics and Official Rules.
The Giveaway is scheduled to close February 28, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
The confirmed opening date will be published before the Giveaway begins.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., aged 18 or older at the time of entry, subject to applicable law.
Employees and officers of Sponsor, individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, and their immediate family or household members are ineligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Participate — No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Eligible individuals may request a free entry during the Giveaway Period by emailing:

No proof of purchase or order number is required.
Important: The final participation process, including the relationship between free entries and physical Golden Tickets, must be established before publication. The final rules will explain how every eligible participant receives an equivalent opportunity to win, without a purchase advantage.
5. Physical Golden Tickets
Herbal Fuel intends to include a limited number of promotional Golden Ticket inserts inside select Batch 001 case packages.
Under the proposed promotion, certain Golden Tickets may represent winning prize claims, subject to authentication, eligibility verification, and the final Official Rules.
The number of winning inserts, the method of distributing them, and the equivalent no-purchase participation method will be specified before the Giveaway opens.
Purchasing Herbal Fuel will not increase a participant's chance of winning.
No customer should rely on a physical ticket as a guaranteed cash prize until the final prize-allocation procedures have been approved and published.
6. Prizes
Four prizes of $100 USD each will be available.
Total aggregate prize value: $400 USD.
Each verified winner may select Zelle or PayPal, subject to availability and eligibility. If neither service is available, Sponsor will arrange a reasonable alternative.
No purchase, payment, or processing fee is required to claim a prize.
7. Winner Determination and Prize Allocation
Pending finalization before publication.
Sponsor will establish a documented, verifiable prize-allocation procedure that gives eligible purchasers and non-purchasers equivalent opportunities to win.
The procedure must address physical winning-ticket inserts, free entries, prize limits, odds, verification, and unclaimed prizes without exceeding the four advertised $100 prizes.
The previously proposed March 3, 2027 drawing date remains tentative until the final procedure is established.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided through the applicable participation or prize-claim process.
Potential winners may be required to verify identity, age, residency, and eligibility, and provide information reasonably necessary to deliver their prizes.
The final rules will specify response deadlines, ticket authentication procedures, and how unclaimed or invalid prize claims are handled.
9. Prize Delivery and Taxes
Prizes will be delivered within 14 business days after eligibility verification and receipt of valid payment details.
Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. Sponsor will comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.
10. Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the Giveaway, prevent fraud, verify eligibility, notify potential winners, and deliver prizes.
Participation does not automatically enroll entrants in promotional marketing emails.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Herbal Fuel's published Privacy Policy.
11. Fair Administration
Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate, altered, counterfeit, or otherwise ineligible entries or prize claims, consistent with applicable law.
Any cancellation, modification, or suspension must comply with applicable law and preserve participants' rights.
12. Liability and Applicable Law
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, misdirected communications, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these rules waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Existing Prelaunch Requests
Individuals who contacted Herbal Fuel before the official opening date may be invited to submit or confirm their participation during the Giveaway Period.
Earlier inquiries do not automatically constitute valid entries. No purchase is required to participate.

Before publishing these rules or launching the promotion, Sponsor must finalize the physical-ticket and free-entry prize mechanics, confirm the opening date, establish the entry and verification procedures, and obtain appropriate legal review.
